  • Relaxing, friendly pregnancy yoga classes with motherslove in Somerset.

"Emilie’s Pregnancy Yoga classes are lovely, nurturing and a really great tonic. Emilie is down to earth and friendly; every session she listens to what is going on with each of us and tailors the class to what we need to help relax, strengthen and connect with our babies.

I recommend these classes for the all essential 'me' time during pregnancy as they've really helped me to breathe, stretch and properly listen to my body. "

motherslove comprehensive birth preparation and pregnancy yoga classes with breathing for birth and relaxation.

“The classes were comprehensive, covering all of the body from head-to-toe. There was good focus on breathing, relaxation and preparing for birth in various positions.

I enjoyed the relaxation at the end and almost fell asleep! I felt very nurtured by Emilie and would be happy to recommend her to other expectant mums.”

"It’s a really lovely class, yoga for the mums with lots of stretches, and the babies are with us and being entertained and engaged.

All the babies are aged between about 2 months and crawling. Niamh loves it, she laughs and giggles her way through the class, I see it as our one on one time, I’d happily recommend it to others. "
