Classes are aimed at new mums and are adapted specially for mums who may have had caesarean births, abdominal separation or are breastfeeding.
Balance & posture
Yoga can help you adjust to the changes in your the body. Classes are designed to ease aching shoulders and get you back to moving after the birth of your baby.
Movement to gently strengthen legs, arms and core muscles every week can help ease you through get through the early months of parenting.
Soothe aches & pain
Common pain areas such as tense shoulders and lower back pain can be gently stretched to help you get on with caring for your baby more comfortably.
Time for you
Having space and time to adapt to new motherhood can be vital for peace of mind. In classes there’s time to chat, share experience and meet other mums.

ABOUT your teacher
Pregnancy and Postnatal specialist since 2008
Emilie is mum to 2 children and began practicing yoga during her first pregnancy in 2005. As well as being a qualified yoga teacher, Emilie is trained as an antenatal teacher, doula and in pregnancy and postnatal massage. She's completed specific training in Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation which affects up to 60% of women ) and her postnatal yoga classes are designed to be sensitive to the postnatal body.
Her unique classes will guide you through simple exercises, breathing and relaxations to help you find strength in body and mind to prepare you for birth and being a new mum.
Classes are booked in 5 class packs with a 6 week expiry for a little flexibility. Provided you're ready to join and there is space, you can start any time.
You and baby are welcome to join for as long as you like, until baby is crawling.
Privacy matters When you signup for a course, workshop or massage with me I take down some personal details in order to understand your needs and to help us communicate well. Your privacy matters to me, so this information is kept under lock and key if it’s on paper or password protected if digital. It’s a condition of my insurance that I keep records for 7 years. This website is connected to Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Acuity and Facebook. I do my best to ensure that services I use (e.g. Acuity) also uphold your privacy. I cannot be responsible for data breaches elsewhere, if you prefer records to be kept on paper please let me know and we can make that happen.
