Do you do tasters or drop-ins?
I don't do drop-ins or taster classes. Over the years I've noticed that the people who get most out of courses are the ones who commit to joining and taking part. This isn't a quick-fix approach, some people start to feel changes quickly, but you'll get the real benefits of whole body alignment over time as you develop good habits.

It's been a long time...
Will the course suit me?
Yes. It's fine to join us if you had your kids years ago, or even if you are having back / core or pelvic issues for other reasons.
Why is it a long course?
Movement for change
This course has quite a different approach to most pelvic floor or fitness classes, where we look at lifestyle, habits and whole body alignment. It's a course because it takes time to change habits and we make progress through repetition and gradually building on the movements.
I'm pregnant/recently postnatal
Will the course suit me?
The course is totally fine to join if you're pregnant.
If you're recently postnatal you're welcome to join too, as long as you've got the go-ahead safety-wise from your GP.

• 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (YMCA and Yoga Alliance accredited)
• Trained with Katy Bowman, author of 'Diastasis Recti' & 'Move Your DNA'
• Your Pelvic Matters Teacher Training
• Course with Isa Herrera, physical therapist, author & pelvic pain expert
• Diastasis Recti Training
• Personal experience of regaining pelvic floor strength following the birth of her second child.
Where is the course held?
Lovely new community venue in Combe Down
The venue is Mulberry Park Hub, in the new estate in Combe Down. It's has free parking for cars and bikes and is on the routes for bus numbers 2/3 and the U2 Universtiy bus stops a short walk away. The venue is clean and modern with underfloor heating. It's about 15 minutes bus ride from town and very close to Widcombe and Foxhill.
Privacy matters When you signup for a course, workshop or massage with me I take down some personal details in order to understand your needs and to help us communicate well. Your privacy matters to me, so this information is kept under lock and key if it’s on paper or password protected if digital. It’s a condition of my insurance that I keep records for 7 years. This website is connected to Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Acuity and Facebook. I do my best to ensure that services I use (e.g. Acuity) also uphold your privacy. I cannot be responsible for data breaches elsewhere, if you prefer records to be kept on paper please let me know and we can make that happen. You are entitled to request copies of data held on you by any organisation. Simply ask and they are obliged to let you know.
