Flexible support & a mind Body approach to birth
Doula packages for pregnant people and their birth partners during covid-19.
HOW IT WORKS
Explore how the mind and body work during the process of birth.
Discover ways you can help yourself/your partner to have your best possible experience of birth & early weeks with your baby.
We'll explore options for movement in labour, some techniques you can use if things aren't quite going to plan, and simple massage techniques that can be done with a birth partner.
Straight talking sessions where you can be honest about feelings, fears and expectations. Access to more info about how birth works should you need it.
2 or 3 online sessions, each 60- 90 minutes.
These will be on Wednesdays or Saturdays, either daytime or after 8pm.
SEPTEMBER BIRTHS - special offer
*in return for feedback as a case study this is only £75*
