What to expect:
Yoga-based movements as individuals and with your partner.
Simple massage techniques to help you ease aches and pains.
Time to connect with yourself, your partner, the baby and other parents-to-be.
Yoga improves circulation, helping the blood flow freely through the body and provides more oxygen. This may in turn help lower blood pressure and help you stay healthy.
Classes promote the flow of oxytocin. It’s the ‘love hormone’ that helps you birth and breastfeed your baby. Getting into this zone every week can be hugely beneficial to prepare for birth.
Time for you
Having space and time to adapt to pregnancy and parenthood can be vital for peace of mind. There will be time for cuppa and a chat here.
I highly recommend Emilie's yoga classes. With a warm and gentle approach, she teaches very intuitively to your needs. I liked the way the practice was insightfully linked to everyday experience and how Emilie made suggestions for the continuation and development of the yoga poses at home.
"Emilie is down to earth and friendly; she creates an inclusive and warm environment for the classes."
“I enjoyed the relaxation at the end and almost fell asleep! I felt very nurtured by Emilie and would be happy to recommend her to other expectant mums.”
“This is yoga at it’s best”
