Yoga for every body
yoga classes with emilie
Coming soon to Frome, Somerset and beyond.
Emilie is now teaching yoga for everyone. Her approach to teaching is non-dogmatic, playful and curious. There's no chanting in Sanskrit, but maybe the odd song here and there... The class probably won't look like instagram yoga. There's no pressure to do anything, no previous experience and no flexibility level required.
MONDAYS: 7.45 - 9pm • Accessible, affordable yoga classes at HUBnub in central Frome.
Email or call 0753 604 9097 to book a private class.
